01 · Within 21 days

Refund

A standard return. You can return the goods and receive a 100% refund within 21 calendar days of receiving your order.

  1. The goods must remain packaged in the original blister (whenever packaged individually); a refund for unpacked goods is subject to agreement.
  2. The refund is processed within 14 days of the returned goods arriving at our warehouse.
  3. Return shipping and customs duties are paid by the customer.
  4. Where specifically agreed with you, we may waive the requirement to physically return the components.

02 · Within 1 year

Exchange

You can exchange products for comparable goods within 1 year of receiving your order, for any reason — wrong fit, change of mind, wrong choice.

  1. We need to receive the product together with its blister (the product itself may be unpacked).
  2. Shipping and customs duties are paid by the customer.
  3. Goods are exchanged within the same product group and price category, for goods of comparable retail value. If the new product costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, the difference is not refunded but credited as a bonus towards your next order.
  4. After the first year the component is covered by the 10-year warranty — replacement only, no refund.

One free replacement of each component, for 10 years

03 · Within 10 years

Replacement only

The warranty period is 10 years from the date you receive the goods. Within this period each component may be replaced once, free of charge. The warranty covers replacement only — it does not provide refunds or exchanges for other goods.

  1. Replacement is possible only within the same product group and price category (multi-unit for multi-unit, healing abutment for healing abutment), with no surcharge and no refund of any difference.
  2. Each component is replaced once. If a replacement fails again, just contact us — we'll take a look and work out the best solution.
  3. You notify us and send the product with its blister (which may be opened).
  4. Shipping and customs duties are paid by ReplicaDent.
  5. No refunds are available under the 10-year warranty.
  6. The company does not compensate any laboratory, clinical or other costs.
