This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the ReplicaDent OÜ website.

Returns

A return request may be submitted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • the product is unused, uninstalled and not fitted;

  • the product is in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging;

  • the product is in resalable condition;

  • proof of purchase is provided.

Before returning any product, you must contact us at
info@replicadent.com and obtain return approval.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the correct product is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the required product.

ReplicaDent OÜ does not offer direct exchanges.

Products that cannot be returned

Due to the nature of dental and medical-related products, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • products that have been opened, used, fitted or installed;

  • products with damaged or missing original packaging;

  • customised, personalised or specially ordered products;

  • products that cannot be resold for health protection, hygiene or regulatory reasons.

European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal (consumers only)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation.

This right applies only to consumers and does not apply to purchases made by companies, dental clinics, laboratories or other legal entities acting in the course of their professional or business activities.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

  • you must notify us within 14 days from the date you received the goods;

  • the products must be unused, unopened and returned in their original packaging;

  • proof of purchase must be provided.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Customers in the United Arab Emirates and GCC countries

For customers located in the United Arab Emirates and other countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), returns and refunds are handled in accordance with this Return and Refund Policy and any mandatory local consumer protection laws.

Please note that return rights, time limits and conditions may differ from those applicable in the European Union.

Return shipping

Unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product supplied by ReplicaDent OÜ, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The customer is responsible for proper packaging and protection of returned goods during transportation.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us without undue delay at
info@replicadent.com, providing your order number and supporting photos.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected the returned products and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
